PLDT MyDSL New Speed?

Am I the only one who doesn’t feel or experience any changes? I’m currently using MyDSL Plan 1995 yet I still get around 512 kbps downstream / 256 kbps upstream. It was unannounced but supposedly the new speed of Plan 1995 is 765 kbps upstream / 368 kbps downstream. Yeah right…

I’ll try to contact PLDT customer support soon to inquire about these new speed changes.

Btw, if you ended up here and wonder what’s the customer support number of PLDT MyDSL, it’s 172375.
